This is a FULL WRAP design (Covers entire tumbler) The Image is permanently printed onto the Tumbler. NO VINYL, GLITTER , OR EPOXY is used in this process.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-Hand wash only
-Do not soak
-No hard abrasives
-Towel dry
-Not microwave or dishwasher safe

PROCESSING:
Each order is made with love once the order is placed by you. For that reason, most order take 2 weeks to ship (does not include shipping time). Your order may ship sooner but that is our standard turnaround. If you need an item by a certain date, please message me BEFORE placing the order & I will do our best to accommodate you.

POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND or RETURNS will be accepted on personalized tumblers. If there is a problem upon receiving the item such as personalization error please contact me within 24 hours. If there is an error on my part, the item will need to be returned to be inspected and fixed. Do not drop. We are not responsible for chips, cracks, scratches, Etc. from misuse. If glass is received broken upon delivery you MUST contact me within 24hrs to resolve the issue.
